PayoutEngine

How it works

From a closed deal to a correct payout.

No drawn-out implementation project, no spreadsheet surgery. Connect your data, configure your plan once, and every period after that is a button, with a full audit trail behind every number.

Connect HubSpot, or import a CSV.

Connect HubSpot and PayoutEngine pulls your closed deals, amounts, and owners, with a backup that checks on a schedule, so a missed update never quietly breaks a calculation. No live integration? CSV import is here to stay, not a stopgap.

You can't mess this up: every deal is matched by its own unique ID, so if the same deal comes in twice, whether from a repeated sync or a re-imported file, it can't ever create a duplicate.

Configure your plan, once.

Set periods, quota targets, rates, tiers, and accelerators in a few settings screens. Every plan change is saved as its own version, so when the plan changes mid-quarter, deals before the change keep the old rules and deals after get the new ones, both preserved in the audit trail.

Supported structures: flat rate, tiered attainment, accelerators, SPIFFs, non-recoverable draws, and manual clawbacks. New structures get added without disrupting what you've already set up.

Run the period. Review. Approve.

Trigger a payout run for the period and review every rep's number before anything is final. A run depends only on the period, the plan version, and the deals themselves, so re-running it always lands on the same result, a safe, everyday operation, not a cleanup job.

Corrected a deal after close? Re-run the period and PayoutEngine shows the difference from what was already paid, so nothing changes without you seeing it.

Reps see exactly how their number was built.

The moment that earns trust: a rep opens their closed-period statement and sees every credited deal, the rate applied, and each accelerator and clawback: no black box, no manager gatekeeping. If something looks off, they file a dispute right from the statement.

That's the transparency the other tools are missing, and why 75% of reps don't believe they've been paid fairly on what they have today.

Safe to re-run

Re-run a period as often as you need. Same inputs, same result: no duplicate deals, no double-paid reps.

Fully auditable

Every calculation records its inputs, outputs, and the exact plan version applied, even across a mid-cycle plan change.

Exact to the cent

Money is kept exact all the way through, down to the fraction of a cent, and rounded once at the very end. It'll match your own numbers, to the cent.
