Why we exist
We'd rather earn your trust than ask for it.
Plenty of comp tools hand you a number and expect you to run with it. We'd sooner show our work. Every payout traces back to the exact deals and plan version behind it, shows its full arithmetic, and gives the same result every time it runs. How a number was reached is never hidden from the rep who earned it or the finance lead who signs off on it.
That consistency is the whole idea. You can re-run a payout and get the same answer, hand a rep a statement they can read top to bottom, and explain any number long after the period closed. Run your own spreadsheet alongside it if that puts you at ease. Most people stop feeling the need after a period or two.
